The first phase of Oak Tree Housing Association’s ambitious plan to deliver 200 affordable homes across Greenock has been completed with the opening of Auchmead Road.

Oak Tree Housing Association has submitted plans for 69 new homes in the Bow Farm area of Greenock. The proposed site at Tay Street and Tweed Street was formerly occupied by multi-storey blocks Pentland Court, Nevis Court and Grampian Court which were cleared more than a decade ago.

Oak Tree Housing Association has announced plans for the development of more than 200 new homes across four locations in Greenock. The developments represent an investment of £33 million, including £18m funding from the Scottish Government.
