The homebuilder is preparing to launch Balgray Gardens, the second phase of its build in the new community of Maidenhill.

Following on from Hazeldene Lea – CALA’s first phase at the development, Balgray Gardens will offer a collection of 77 homes that feature one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as four- and- five-bedroom detached family homes.

CALA’s first release of homes at Balgray Gardens will include a range of four- and- five-bedroom detached properties from the homebuilder’s acclaimed Light and Space Collection.

Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes (West), said: “We’re very excited to be unveiling the next phase of our development at Maidenhill, following the huge success of our first phase, Hazeldene Lea, which recently sold out.

“East Renfrewshire, in particular Newton Mearns, remains one of the most sought-after locations in the west of Scotland, and the range of properties we are set to offer at Balgray Gardens could make a dream move to the area a reality for a range of homebuyers – from first-time buyers through to established families and downsizers.

“Maidenhill is growing into a thriving community, with a brand-new primary school at its heart, and close proximity to the wealth of amenities the town of Newton Mearns has to offer. We’re expecting Balgray Gardens to be exceptionally popular, so would encourage anyone considering a move to Newton Mearns to register to find out more about our upcoming launch, or to contact our expert sales advisers for more information.”
