Under plans designed by Coltart Earley, the land formerly occupied by Littlehill Primary School on Craighead Avenue will provide a mix of one, two and three-bedroom properties.

Twenty-three car parking spaces would also be provided.

A spokesperson for Thenue told our sister publication Scottish Housing News: “This application for much-needed new housing reflects our ongoing commitment to keep on building in the communities we serve.

“If planning approval is granted for these homes, it will follow two recent site starts at Bridgeton and Calton delivering over 100 homes costing £18.1 million which is a huge boost for the east end. Thenue shares the desire of our partners in Glasgow City Council and the Scottish Government to deliver quality homes where people want to live.”
