Montagu Evans has expanded its property management team in Scotland with the appointment of Caroline Prentice as surveyor.

Joining from Colliers International and previously with JLL, Caroline brings a wide range of experience in retail and office property management across a range of private and public sector clients including Scottish Enterprise, Clyde Gateway and British Land.

Andrew Walker, partner at Montagu Evans and head of its property management team in Scotland, said: “Caroline will be responsible for a range of office, retail and mixed-use assets across the UK, enhancing the firm’s existing service with her combined experience in complex property management accounting and asset management issues. She is a great addition to our growing team.”



Montagu Evans works with more than 140 clients and almost 4,000 tenants, managing a rent roll of £200 million across 5.5 million sq ft of shopping centres and up to 2.5 million sq ft of offices.

In addition to Caroline’s appointment, Tom Lipfriend has recently joined the team in its Edinburgh office as a senior surveyor, while in London, Alan Benson has been promoted to partner and Mark Hull has joined the firm as partner following extensive client-side experience.
