Whitecross Building Consultancy completes further projects at Glasgow’s Princes Square

Chartered building surveyor Whitecross Building Consultancy has completed a number of projects at Glasgow’s Princes Square shopping destination.

Acting on behalf of landlords Redevco, Whitecross negotiated the dilapidations, managed the enabling works and monitored the tenant fit out works for designer fashion store Kate Spade New York and jewellery store Sheila Fleet.

Whitecross also acted for Redevco on the Everyman Cinema project which opened last year.



The chartered building surveying firm has been acting for Redevco and advising on projects in Princes Square for five years and provided building surveying and project management support for ongoing asset management of the Grade B listed building.
