Fife College and Fife Council Economic Development are launching a major new initiative that develops opportunities for small and medium-sized construction businesses as they recover, sustain and seek ways of working more efficiently, following the major challenges of COVID-19 and exiting the EU.
Workshop one - Overview of digital construction tools - Wednesday 12th January 2022 - 4pm to 5:30pm
In this 90-minute interactive workshop, delegates will get an overview of the full range of digital tools, which are relevant to construction companies. By the end of the session, delegates will have an initial list of the tools, which are worth exploring in more detail for business, and which ones can be ruled out.
Workshop two - What can go wrong when implementing digital construction tools?- Wednesday 26th January 2022 - 4pm to 5:30pm
This 90-minute interactive workshop explores the factors that could prevent construction companies successfully embracing digital tools and ways of working. By the end of the session, delegates will have identified the possible challenges and barriers faced within their own company, and explored which risks are merely perceived and which ones genuinely do need a bit of planning.
Workshop three - Using digital construction tools to achieve your business goals - Wednesday 9th February 2022 - 4pm to 5:30pm
This 90-minute interactive workshop explores how delegates can use digital tools to achieve business goals. Whether it’s to increase profits, improve health and safety or environmental performance, add new revenue streams or make your employees’ jobs easier and less stressful, there is a digital technology to help.
