The difference you’ll make
Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Manager, you’ll support day to day contractor performance ensuring legislative, regulatory and contractual compliance whilst maximising value for money and delivering an excellent customer service.
Service delivery responsibilities will include controlling the day-to-day response and void repair service, conducting pre and post inspections of works instructed to contractors as well as assisting allocation officer with such repair and inspection services.
In addition, you’ll carry out specification writing, contract supervision and post contract administrative responsibilities for cyclical and planned works programmes.
You will produce regular analysis of the performance statistics on contractor performance from the online system reports.
So, who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering Asset management functions within a social housing environment.
You will be customer focused with excellent communication skills and a desire to improve customer satisfaction.
You can demonstrate comprehensive technical knowledge and experience with the ability to provide robust quality assurance on behalf of the Association.
Ideally you will relevant qualifications in the building, technical or construction sector.
