Feasibility study – Garrion People’s Housing Co-op Ltd

Garrion People’s Housing Co-operative, (GPHC) invites tenders for the provision of services to review investment options for the Co-operative’s system built, concrete-constructed flat. There are 140 of these properties and the proposal for this review will fall within the wider context of the Gowkthrapple masterplan. This will consider existing stock condition information and the difficulties in meeting the Social Housing Net Zero Standard expectations from this construction type and recommend possible technical solutions. The project should also identify funding opportunities and the ability of the Co-operative to meet financial liabilities from its existing Business Plan.
