Site Manager

Due to continued growth within our market-leading fenestration company, we have an excellent opportunity for experienced replacement window/door Installation Site Managers to join our Commercial Installation Department.

Key Areas

  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, sub-contractors, and other stake holders.
  • To achieve all targets as instructed by our Contract Managers, maintaining a high level of quality control, reporting and recording.

Essential Requirements

  • Knowledge of UPVC, Timber and Aluminium products (Training will be given on specific products).
  • Knowledge of Building Regulations and Standards.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Reliability, dependability, good planning & organisational skills.
  • Work as a team player within our department in an ever changing & fast paced construction industry.
  • A driving license is essential, a company vehicle will be provided
