All funds raised will help the charity continue to support people and families affected by cancer. From providing wellbeing and patient care services, to funding pioneering research and specialist clinical posts, Beatson Cancer Charity reaches out to patients across the west of Scotland. It strives to support The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre, an internationally renowned institution.

Martin Cawley, chief executive of Beatson Cancer Charity, said: “We’re hugely grateful for the continued support of Stewart Milne Homes and their tremendous fundraising efforts. The £40,000 raised on Saturday is truly incredible and the total of £236,000 will go such a long way to support thousands of cancer patients and their families.”

Stewart Milne CBE, executive chairman of Stewart Milne Homes, added: “I’m so proud of all the dedicated fundraisers at Stewart Milne Homes for raising such a fantastic sum for the Beatson Cancer Charity. Once again, a great time was had by all at the Charity Ball on Saturday and throughout the year at our fundraising initiatives. We look forward to continuing our fundraising efforts in 2020 and building on the total raised in future years.”
