91BC expands roofing team

Glasgow-based 91BC Property Management has expanded its in-house roofing team, doubling its size from two to four specialists, as the company continues to strengthen its operational capacity and improve response times.
Roofing work currently accounts for around 70% of all reactive repairs managed by 91BC. The expansion of the team will enable the company to respond more quickly to maintenance requests, exercise greater control over scheduling, and deliver higher standards of workmanship across its managed developments.
With over 70 years of combined experience, the expanded roofing team brings a key level of expertise to 91BC’s in-house operations. By reducing reliance on third-party contractors, the company can now take full accountability for repair quality and further refine its quality control processes.
The expanded team will also carry out stone and rendering work, allowing 91BC to provide a more comprehensive and responsive service, keeping homeowners’ properties wind and watertight throughout the year.
Francesco Mele, operations director at 91BC, said: “Reactive roofing repairs represent a significant portion of the work we undertake, and it’s vital that we continue to evolve to meet demand efficiently and effectively. Expanding our in-house roofing team allows us to deliver faster response times, improved quality assurance, and greater accountability. This development reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the people and processes that underpin the quality of service we provide to our clients.
“By strengthening our internal resources, we can maintain a consistent standard of work across all repairs, while ensuring that every home we manage remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.”
The expansion of the roofing team marks the latest step in 91BC’s wider strategy to enhance its operational delivery and reinforce its reputation for high-quality, responsive property management services across Scotland.
