Tanya Fowlie has been named sales director of Persimmon Homes North Scotland, where she will oversee the company’s sales operations across a region stretching from Aberdeenshire to Alloa.

She will also play a key role in Persimmon’s expansion into the North East, with new developments in Newmachar, Blackdog, and Bridge of Don, marking a major milestone in the company’s regional growth.

She joins Persimmon from Bancon Homes, where she served as sales director. Tanya brings more than 15 years of industry experience, including over a decade at Stewart Milne Group, where she progressed from part exchange co-ordinator to senior sales manager, building a strong reputation for leadership, commercial insight, and customer-focused delivery.

In her new role, Tanya Fowlie will lead all aspects of sales strategy, marketing, and customer engagement, ensuring Persimmon continues to deliver high-quality, affordable, and energy-efficient homes for buyers across North Scotland.
