Alisdair joins the leadership team to support the management of the expanding WMR portfolio of complex projects. He returns to the construction sector following his tenure in education at South Lanarkshire College, where he played a key role in trade education and curriculum development.

A graduate in Building Surveying, Alisdair brings a wealth of experience in project management, risk allocation, and quality control. He estimates that as many as 30% of the students he has taught over the last two decades are now successful business owners within the Scottish construction industry.
