The short video begins with the man saying “the joys of being a crane operator” and lifting up what appears to be a plastic bag of his own excrement – before dropping it over the edge of the crane.

The video, which attracted thousands of comments on social media platform Reddit, clearly shows the bag hit a nearby roof and explode, causing the cameraman to say “oh Jesus” and stop filming.

One commenter wrote: “What a pig of a man to do that. Really hope he gets fired.”
