The historic building which overlooks the River Ouse in York, has now been presented as a tissue box cover, with the design being developed by Helen Reynolds, who is an ardent admirer of the historic building, reports The York Press. 

Reynolds said: “I have always loved this building from being a teenager, and as a member of its co-working space, it made sense to include it in my collection.”

The Bonding Warehouse, which was built in 1875, firstly stored untaxed goods before later serving as a pub, steakhouse, and comedy club.

Since then, it has been transformed into luxury apartments and a co-working hub that is managed by Patch. 

Lottie Maeda, community and events executive at Patch, said: “At Patch, we strive to create space and opportunity for local businesses to shine.”

At present, the papercraft kit is available exclusively at the Patch pop-up market.
