Neighbours living next to a dilapidated house in Birmingham have revealed their shock at it being listed on the market.
The house, which is covered in ivy from over forty years of neglect has been put up for auction for just £25,000.
The three-bedroom house is currently listed on Rightmove, the Daily Mail reports.
