Those behind the new GHS Group said the move addresses the growing demand for comprehensive whole-house retrofit and commercial net zero solutions. By combining Andrew Wright Windows, a pioneer in precision-engineered glazing, with Green Home Systems, a renewable energy and thermal insulation specialist, GHS Group now delivers a fully integrated, end-to-end service for residential and commercial properties.

Both Andrew Wright Windows and Green Home Systems will retain their individual brand identities, but will now operate together as sister companies to leverage shared infrastructure and deliver seamlessly coordinated and cost-effective projects to clients.

GHS Group can now provide an enhanced commercial offering including centralised compliance, corporate governance, and tender operations. Operating as a single, accountable main contractor with direct control over manufacturing, installation, and quality assurance, the group is positioned to bid on multi-disciplinary public sector frameworks and large-scale commercial retrofit contracts.

As part of the merger, Green Home Systems has relocated its operational team to Andrew Wright Windows’ manufacturing facility at 9 Telford Place, Irvine. The move establishes a single, centralised headquarters designed to streamline operations and expand service delivery.

GHS Group is wholly owned by Peter and Steven Easton as part of their Easton Group portfolio, and will be run by a senior management team led by group managing director, Alastair Macphie, and group commercial director, Michael McLintock.
