A multi-award-winning housing development in Irvine has reached completion after eight years of construction, delivering 197 new homes alongside a lasting legacy of quality, community investment and skills development.
Persimmon Homes West Scotland has completed its Annick Grange development, which began in 2018 and has created a new community in Irvine.
The development has been recognised for its high standards, securing three Premier Guarantee Quality Recognition Awards during its construction – a notable achievement which reflects the quality of homes delivered at Annick Grange.
The development has also delivered benefits beyond new homes, with Persimmon donating 500 children’s books to Woodlands Primary School in Irvine to support pupils and encourage a love of reading.
Annick Grange has also helped develop the next generation of construction professionals, with more than 10 apprentices from across Ayrshire gaining valuable hands-on experience on the development throughout its construction.
