A turnkey building services package supplied by Arc-Tech (Scotland) has helped deliver a new care home in Stirling.

Located on Randolph Road, Roselea Court is the latest care home to have been delivered by care developer Morrison Community Care Group (MCCG).

The development has since been sold to a recognised care operator and provides up to 50 en-suite beds as well as a range of amenities including private dining rooms, a visitor café, hair salon, cinema, champagne bar and resident gardens.

Working with main contractor CCG (Scotland), Roselea Court is now the fourth of MCCG’s developments to have been supported by Arc-Tech with over 200 beds now delivered across the breadth of the country. The extent of the turnkey M&E service package includes the installation of all data, lighting, fire, security and electrical systems as well an LTHW heating system, sprinklers, BMS, comfort cooling and above-ground drainage, amongst other services.
