Margaret MacDonald, who joins as a director in the Valuation team, will focus on funds and secured lending valuations across the commercial and living sectors, bringing with her extensive international experience, having previously worked with CBRE’s International Valuation team in London and Abu Dhabi, as well as with JLL across the UK and Poland.
Alongside Margaret’s arrival at Avison Young, Sam Pascoe joins as a graduate building surveyor in the Building and Project Consultancy team, relocating from Avison Young’s London office. He is joined by Hannah Gibson, a planner in the firm’s expanding Telecoms team.
