From today, all homes reserved for sale by the company will be covered by the New Homes Quality Code. This covers every step in a customer’s new home purchase, from the initial marketing of the development, their first meeting with our sales team through to the end of the two-year coverage period.

Any reservations prior to this date will continue to be covered by the Consumer Code for Housebuilders.
