Frank and his team were presented with their award certificate for their Health & Safety work at the company’s Landsdale development in East Kilbride.

Andy Borland, construction director at Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West), said: “It’s been a very successful year for Frank and the Landsdale team and this recognition is well deserved.  It’s a very proud moment for the business.”

Earlier this year, Frank received a Quality Award in the National Housebuilding Council’s (NHBC) annual Pride in the Job initiative.

Held in Birmingham, the Home Builder Safety Awards recognise the industry’s best homebuilding teams who are inspected on over 22 different site categories such as traffic management, fire safety, documentation and welfare.
