Bellway to begin new phase at Blindwells

The new phase will create 152 new homes and 65 affordable properties providing a mix of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes on Prince’s Way, opposite the newly opened Blindwells Primary School.

Bellway was the first housebuilder to commit to Blindwells when it launched in 2021. Since then, the area has benefited from significant investment, creating a vibrant new residential community between Tranent and Longniddry.
