A new book documenting the best 100 buildings in Scotland over the past 100 years has been launched as voting opens for the public to choose their favourite.

Part of the Festival of Architecture 2016 and Scotland’s 2016 Year of Innovation, Architecture and Design, the Scotstyle list will embark on a nationwide touring exhibition beginning today at the Falkirk Wheel.

Voting will take place on the festival website www.foa2016.com/scotstyle or votes can be cast in person at the touring exhibition.

The results will be announced at the Festival’s Finale event in November.
