Brunton Design has attained full planning approval and listed building consent for a significant alteration to a listed farmhouse in Angus.
The farmhouse needs significant upgrading, in addition to substantial additional space requirements.

The building will extend out to the west to create a new formal living space and open plan kitchen/ dining area comprising a large volume to display a large art collection, and a new master bedroom suite that is orientated towards the setting sun and established woodland.
A new triple garage and office is proposed to the north, which in turn allows the formation of a new entrance courtyard.

Partner Alan Mudie said: “Our client is a keen tennis player so a new tennis court is also included with access to changing facilities. We love it.”
