CCG opens new £4m Glasgow Airport car rental centre

A new £4 million car rental centre has been opened at Glasgow Airport.

The facility was built by CCG (Scotland) and offers a one-stop-shop car hire facility for passengers.

The centre includes increased floor and office space, as well as being equipped with the latest technology to ensure the hiring process is quick and convenient.

Drum completes sale at Prime Four

Drum Property Group has completed the construction of a 102,000 square foot office at Prime Four Business Park, Kingswells, Aberdeen which LCN Capital Partners has acquired as part of a build-to-suit transaction for £43.2 million.

The purpose-built complex is let on a long term lease to Lloyd’s Register, the global engineering, technical and business services organisation, and has capacity for up to 900 employees.

Drum’s total investment at Prime Four to date exceeds £275m and will rise to £600m with more than1.8 million sq. ft. of commercial accommodation being built once the park is completed.

CALA Homes launches £10,000 community bursary scheme in East Lothian

Housebuilder CALA Homes has unveiled a £10,000 community grants scheme for East Lothian as part of its commitment to delivering long-term and tangible benefits to the county.

Community groups, charities and good causes are invited to outline how financial aid from the CALA Homes Community Bursary - up to a maximum individual grant of £2,500 - would help them continue to deliver much-needed services and benefits to the area.

Groups keen to apply can do so by visiting www.cala.co.uk/bursary. Alternatively, contact eastbursary@cala.co.uk to receive an application form via email, which can be completed and submitted via email, or which can be printed out and posted to Community Bursary, East Marketing Department, CALA Homes (East), Cairnlee House, Callendar Business Park, FK1 1XE.

All applications must be received by no later than May 19.
