Building firm ADI opens new office in Aberdeen

The building firm ADI Builders has opened a new office in Aberdeen and has retained its Kintore premises as a yard and base for operations.

The move arrives after the firm, which was established by Adrian Replinski in 2018, has seen major turnover growth over the last three years, The Press and Journal (Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire) reports.

ADI Builders has developed from a small operation focused mainly on residential building and repair work into a firm employing eight staff members and taking on a variety of projects in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.

After attending Aberdeen College, Replinski, who was joined in the business by his dad Jacek and his brother Karol in 2023, entered the construction industry.

Replinski attained experience in bricklaying, masonry and general building work.

Lime pointing, traditional masonry, granite and stonework, brickwork and building repairs, alongside landscaping, external works and planned property maintenance form part of the firm’s work.

The firm was based in Kintore before the move to Midstocket Road.

Replinski added: “The new office gives us dedicated space for administration, estimating, project management and the day-to-day running of the company, while the Kintore yard continues to support our site operations.”

During the last few years, the firm has seen major growth, with turnover rising by over £300,000 during the last couple of years, and it currently stands at £440,000.

Replinski said: “We are pleased with that growth, although our focus has been on developing the company steadily while maintaining the standard of work and service we provide.”
