CALA shows off Jordanhill Park interiors as first homes released
CALA Homes (West) has launched a video displaying the interiors of a two-bedroom apartment as the first homes emerge at its Jordanhill Park development in Glasgow.
Designed by 7N Architects with interiors specialists Envision, the development sits within a parkland setting at the former Strathclyde University site.
Eileen Kesson of Envision said: “This stunning show apartment was really designed with downsizers and young professionals in mind – those who thrive on entertaining and socialising in a contemporary, well-designed space that also feels cosy and homely when relaxation is on the cards.
“Jordanhill Park is the first development to offer four new specially-considered interior options to ensure that, no matter which theme buyers choose, each element throughout the elegant apartments complement each other perfectly, for a true ‘wow’ factor. This concept is very popular in London, so it’s exciting to bring it to a West of Scotland development.
“We can only showcase one palette within the show apartment, but buyers do have the choice of two neutrals, in white and grey, and two slightly darker tones for a sharper look, for the opportunity to select something that suits their own taste and personality. Each one comes with carefully-curated interior ‘ingredients’ to guarantee coordination throughout – leaving buyers free to add the fun pieces, from brand new furniture to cherished items – that reflect their personal style.
“The show apartment has been furnished with some stunning pieces, from Italian designer lighting to statement coffee tables and rich fabrics, which we think will provide a real source of inspiration and help homebuyers visualise themselves living within the space.”
Liana Canavan, sales and marketing director for CALA Homes (West), said: “We’re delighted to have opened the doors to a truly stunning show apartment nestled within our most prestigious new development in the West of Scotland. It signals a real milestone in the journey to bring the development to life over the coming years.
“The two-bedroom apartment that has been so stylishly brought together by Eileen and her team simply demonstrates the aspirational lifestyle with socialising and entertaining at its heart, within what will become a flagship neighbourhood in the West End. A number of apartments have already been snapped up and have seen some great interest since launching the show apartment, so we would encourage anyone looking to find out more to visit the team at Jordanhill Park soon.”
