Campion Homes makes Alzheimer Scotland donation

Campion Homes has donated over £6,000 to Alzheimer Scotland following a successful annual Charity Golf Day.

Joint managing director Susan Jackson handed over a cheque for £6,854 to Jackie Cameron of the Fife Dementia Resource Centre in Kirkcaldy last week.

The centre is a wonderful place which aims to support people with dementia, their families, relatives and friends at any stage of the illness. There are a huge number of activities and support groups operating at the centre including pet therapy, crafts, strength and balance and golfing memories.

The centre has a friendly open-door policy. There is also a 24-hour helpline available as well as outreach advisors working within the community.

The money was raised at Campion’s annual Charity Golf Day organised by June Rodger and hosted by Lundin Golf Club.
