The Fife-based developer set outs plans for 90 houses and 10 flats on a Forfar Road site currently used for crop production in its application to the council, The Courier reports.

The houses will range from two to five bedrooms, as well as a number of bungalows and cottage flats.

Campion said the “high-quality, modern homes” will make a “significant contribution” to meeting local housing needs.
