Cast boosts leadership in Scotland and expands footprint
Cast Consultancy has opened a new office in Dublin, led by Bryn Griffiths, and has also appointed Laura Banks as director responsible for cost management in Scotland.
The new appointment builds on Cast’s Scottish footprint following the opening of its Edinburgh office in 2025.
Banks brings extensive experience in the Scottish market and will work closely with Chris Kerr, who spearheads the Edinburgh office and project management team in Scotland.
Banks’ expertise in the residential, hotel, commercial and industrial sectors complements Cast’s sector-focused approach.
As seen in a LinkedIn post, Kerr said: “Laura’s experience, strong local market knowledge, commercial insight and industry reputation will be a tremendous addition to the business, and I look forward to working closely with her.”
Since its inception in 2016, Griffiths has worked at Cast and previously alongside the firm’s directors at EC Harris before relocating to Dublin in 2017.
Over the last nine years, he has acquired a strong reputation in the Irish market, delivering successful projects, developing high-performing teams, and showing industry leadership through his work with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
As seen in the same LinkedIn post, Griffiths said: “It has been inspiring to watch Cast’s growth over the past decade while building my own career in Ireland, and I’m proud to be returning to lead the new Dublin office.
“I share Cast’s distinctive and collaborative approach to partnering with clients, consultants and contractors to achieve outstanding outcomes.
Together, we will leverage our expertise to deliver exceptional results for clients and create lasting value.”
