Cruden retains five-star rating for second year running

Cruden Homes has retained its prestigious five-star housebuilder rating in the latest independent customer satisfaction survey run by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) in partnership with Homes for Scotland.

The top rating is awarded only to housebuilders whose customers report the highest levels of satisfaction with their homes and service.

This year’s rating reflects a new approach to measuring customer satisfaction across the industry, with results now based on a broader range of feedback from homeowners covering build quality and aftercare following their move-in experience. The updated methodology is widely recognised as providing a fairer and more comprehensive measure of customer satisfaction.

Achieving the five-star status for a second consecutive year places Cruden among the highest performing housebuilders in the UK.

Fraser Lynes, chief executive of Cruden, said: “We are incredibly proud to retain our five-star housebuilder status, particularly in a year where the way customer satisfaction is measured has evolved across the industry.

“This recognition reflects the dedication of our teams and the importance we place on delivering high-quality homes and providing excellent support to our customers throughout their homebuying journey and beyond.”

As part of its continued focus on customer experience, Cruden has recently appointed a new Head of Customer Service and introduced new technology to streamline customer interactions, support requests and service operations.

The annual survey gathers feedback from thousands of new-build homeowners across the UK and remains one of the most respected benchmarks for customer satisfaction within the housebuilding industry.
