DM Hall unveils raft of senior promotions

Independent chartered surveyor DM Hall has made a number of strategic and highly deserved promotions across its business.

The simultaneous promotions of seven to associate grade and five to director grade, all effective from 1 January 2026, reflect the many disciplines and markets across the country in which the firm operates.

Promoted to Associate grade are:



  • Ross Cooper (Prestwick / Ayrshire)
  • Claudia Balmforth (Prestwick / Ayrshire)
  • Steven Kennedy (Glasgow Residential)
  • Stuart McDonald (Elgin Office)
  • Ross Craig (West Commercial)
  • Ruari Macintyre (North Commercial)
  • Margaret Mitchell (East Commercial)

Promoted to director grade are:

  • Roger Davis (Aberdeen Residential)
  • Duncan Clow (DM Hall Rural)
  • Juliet Robertson (East Commercial)
  • Stuart Ferris (Building Consultancy, Glasgow)
  • Iain McGhee (West Commercial)
