Allied Surveyors Scotland has announced the return of Eilidh Walker MRICS to its Aberdeen office, marking a significant addition to the firm’s professional team in the north east.
Eilidh originally joined Allied as a trainee after completing a postgraduate degree in Property and Economics. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2011 and spent the following 11 years developing her career within the business.
Her return brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that will further enhance the firm’s services in the region.
Eilidh said: “I am delighted to once again be part of the team in Aberdeen and look forward to providing a dedicated service to our wide range of clients across Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.”
Donald Murray MRICS, director at the Aberdeen office, added: “We are thrilled to welcome Eilidh back to Allied Surveyors Scotland. Her strong professional background and deep understanding of our values and client base make her an outstanding asset to our team.”
Eilidh’s return reflects a broader strategic focus by Allied Surveyors Scotland on attracting and retaining top-tier talent. Over the past two years, the firm has made significant strides in strengthening its workforce to ensure it remains the surveyor of choice for Scotland’s property markets.
Kevin Keane FRICS, director of operations, added: “We’re building for the future — and that means combining experience with fresh potential. It’s fantastic to see familiar faces returning to the firm, and at the same time, we’re doubling down on our commitment to the next generation through a dynamic Graduate Apprenticeship programme in partnership with Edinburgh Napier University. We’re excited about where we’re headed.”
