Whiteburn’s Viewforth development has reached a key milestone as the first two homeowners have moved into their new home at this stunning development in Kirkcaldy with views over the River Forth.

Seeing a development literally come to life is a very exciting part of creating a new community as Eve McCurrich, managing director for Whiteburn explained: “Our key objective is to bring the former Viewforth High School site back to life, and to create a great place for people to live.

“With the first two properties now occupied we’re now firmly on the path to deliver our vision. This is a really special point in Viewforth’ s journey as we start to create a new community in this part of Kirkcaldy and it is great that our customers can now start to call this development their home.”

The first homeowner to pick up their keys and move in is Elle Henderson, who said: “Whiteburn have created my dream home.”

Shortly afterwards, her neighbour Neil Thain moved in, and he said: “The day I received my keys and walked into the house I felt at home right away.”

Viewforth offers 72 new two, three and four-bedroom homes and 15 affordable homes in the grounds of the former Viewforth High School, on Loughborough Road, Kirkcaldy. The development enjoys the most incredible views towards the Firth of Forth and is a short walk from Ravenscraig Park and the historic Dysart Harbour.
