Visitors can explore the ‘Kerrowaid’, which is the first show home of its type in Scotland, and the marketing suite, which also has been transformed with a brand-new look.

The exclusive Tornagrain development will deliver a mix of apartments and two, three and four-bedroom country homes for sale.

The show home has been inspired by interior designer Kiran Bhatia from New i.d.

Allison Sutherland, regional sales and marketing director for Places for People in Scotland, said: “It’s been an exciting time for the team to transform a second show home at Tornagrain, which delivers a fresh look and feel. The development and house types complement the local area and have taken its design influences from the Scottish vernacular. The homes benefit from the traditional Scottish period look with the use of heritage colours, iconic design door surround complemented by the wet dash render. There’s also traditional slated roof and sash and case windows to main elevations.

“The show home really does highlight the quality of homes that Places for People offers and we have been overwhelmed with the level of interest in Tornagrain, especially as the development offers a range of homes suitable for everyone. Our customers have already given us excellent feedback on both our show home and the development.”

A range of apartments and homes have been released to coincide with the launch of the latest show home, including homes available through the Shared Equity scheme.
