The former Iceberg fishing processing factory in Fraserburgh, on the town’s South Harbour Road has gone on the market with offers over £430,000 being sought. 

The property consists of two industrial buildings – the main processing unit with ancillary offices, changing rooms and WCs – as well as a former engine shed used for storage with ancillary WC and office. 

Additionally, in Inverurie, offers are again being sought for the 3-acre site of the former Harlaw Day Centre, which is situated a short distance to the north of the town centre.  

Currently reserved for business use in the 2023 Local Development Plan, all former buildings have been knocked down and removed to create a site for redevelopment opportunity.
