Impact Contracts (Glasgow) Limited, based at Craigton Industrial Estate, was wound up after HMRC petitioned Glasgow Sheriff Court to have a liquidator appointed. The petition was lodged in May, at which point interested parties were invited to get in touch with the court.

Julie Tait of Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax has since been confirmed as liquidator, according to a notice filed on the case.

The company specialised in building development projects and employed five people, according to its most recent accounts. Those accounts, filed for 2024, showed capital reserves of £98,725 and total assets of £328,155. Creditors due within one year, combined with accrued income, stood at £247,184.
