Thomas & Adamson (T&A) has strengthened its leadership team with several key promotions to support the company’s growth plans.

Heather Holbrook

London-based David Lane and Glasgow-based Heather Holbrook have both been promoted to director from regional director with immediate effect. Mr Lane has led strategic growth and development across a wide range of public and private sectors since returning to T&A in 2018. Ms Holbrook will continue to lead on a wide range of projects across the commercial sector throughout the UK, including the £142 million 15-storey One Central Quay on behalf of Osborne + Co.

Glasgow-based Grace Mair and London-based Peter Courtney will both move into regional director roles from their positions as associate directors. Ms Mair will continue to lead the firm’s M&E division in Scotland, responsible for a wide range of significant developments and builds, whilst working closely with design team partners in providing detailed surveying and cost management services input on mechanical, electrical and specialist services installations. Most recently she is leading on Baillie Gifford’s 280,000 sq ft, eight floor office space, located at The Haymarket.

Mr Courtney will be responsible for the procurement, project management and delivery of some of London’s most complex programmes across property, infrastructure, and natural resources, including Phase 1 of Crawley Borough Council & Westrock’s high end office refurbishment, which has seen 150,000sqft of new build office; with Cat ‘B’ fit-out for Crawley Civic offices.
