The 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services list has been revealed by Great Place To Work UK, recognising Gleeds among the top 25 large and super large organisations for the third year in a row.

Gleeds’ inclusion in the list recognises its ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, visible leadership, and its strong culture of wellbeing. Over the past year, the business has introduced a number of initiatives to further improve employee experience, including enhanced parental benefits and leadership development, as well as strengthening its employee voice and wellbeing focus.

To compile its list, Great Place To Work UK administered its research-backed Trust Index survey and analysed the responses of UK-based consulting and professional services employees. The surveys asked people to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security. Evaluations also included an assessment of how well the organisation was able to deliver consistency of their employee experience across all departments and seniority levels.

Sarah Brown, UK people director, said: “We are immensely proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services. At Gleeds, we believe that creating a culture of trust, inclusion and wellbeing is just as important as delivering for our clients.

“This recognition reflects the commitment of our people to supporting one another, investing in career progression, and building an environment where everyone feels valued. It is testament to the fact that when colleagues feel safe, supported and inspired, they can truly thrive and achieve great things together.”

Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place To Work UK, added: “Employees in consulting and professional services are under increasing pressure to perform amidst digital transformation and shifting client expectations reshaping how people work. The top-performing workplaces in this sector stand out by actively supporting their employees through change.

“Employees have shared with us that clear, consistent communication from leadership, and a focus on inclusive decision-making, have helped to ensure colleagues feel supported, informed, and empowered. Congratulations Gleeds on creating a truly great workplace, and earning recognition as a UK’s Best Workplace in Consulting & Professional Services.”
