Graham + Sibbald has appointed Stephen Barton as a director within its Property Management department.

Having obtained an honours degree in Property Management and Valuation from Glasgow Caledonian University, Stephen started his career with Workman & Partners before moving to Warner Estates where he spent over six years. More recently he has worked with Saltire Property Management Limited and Cowiesburn Asset Management, boasting over 15 years’ of knowledge and expertise across asset and property management, with additional client side experience.

Stephen’s remit will primarily involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing commercial property portfolios, ensuring clients’ requirements are being met in addition to undertaking a variety of property inspections and more, while aiding in the development and service offering of the Property Management department.



He said: “I’m delighted to be joining Graham + Sibbald at such a pivotal time where they are experiencing an ongoing period of growth, particularly on the property management side of the business.

“With experience on both sides of the coin having worked client-side for a period of time, I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge with both new and existing clients and a new team, albeit with some familiar faces. This next stage in my career within a well-known and established company opens up a lot of opportunities that I am excited to take forward.”
