The session provided an opportunity for the team to step away from day-to-day site activity and focus on wellbeing, highlighting the importance of taking time to recharge in a demanding working environment.

The visit formed part of IRN-BRU’s wider campaign to encourage people to engage with more mindful, restorative activities, marking the launch of its new Ice Cream flavour as a permanent addition to the core range.

Scott Bannatyne, site manager at GRAHAM – who took part in the session – said: “When I got on site today, I didn’t expect to be met by Mr Softie and his ice cream truck. It was a great laugh and loads of the team got involved.

“He seemed to take a liking to me but not sure if that means my yoga was good or terrible. Either way, it was a welcome break from the graft in what’s been a busy week.”
