H&H Properties submits plans for 40 new homes in Dundee

H&H Properties has submitted a planning application to Dundee City Council seeking to build 40 new homes at the former site of Lochee Primary School.

The school was demolished in 2018 following its closure in 2013.

If the proposals are approved, the vacant land on Donald Street, off South Road, could soon be home to detached and semi-detached three and four-bedroom houses, The Courier reports.

The plans come after housing was recently built on the site of the former Charleston Primary School on South Road, near the Tesco supermarket.
