Hillcrest development wins Dundee Civic Trust award

Hillcrest’s Derby Street development has been named a winner at the Dundee Civic Trust Awards, recognising its outstanding contribution to the city’s built environment and community.
Delivered in partnership with Collective Architecture and Dundee City Council, the Derby Street project showcases the impact of collaborative design and sustainable development in enhancing urban spaces and supporting local needs.
The award was presented at the Civic Trust Awards ceremony last night, celebrating projects that enrich Dundee’s architectural landscape and community wellbeing.
“We’re incredibly proud to see Derby Street recognised by the Dundee Civic Trust,” said John Alexander, Hillcrest chief executive.
