The firm now has over 40 staff and offices in Scotland and the North of England.

Scott joined IFT in 2014 with a number of years construction industry experience under his belt and was promoted this year to commercial director. Iain, who joined IFT two years ago and has over 15 years experience in the industrial floor sector, has particular expertise and understanding of resin and structural repairs and was promoted to resin contracts director.

The business has also appointed Richard Craig as contracts manager (screed & raised access flooring) and promoted Julie Butland to contracts administrator.

Managing director Greg Love said: “Scott and Iain’s promotions are a testament to their roles within the company over the past couple of years and are part of our succession planning and investing in the future of IFT.

“They have both been instrumental in growing the business, working on contracts such as The Macallan new distillery and visitor experience, the New Waverley Development, and fire station projects throughout Scotland for the Scottish Fire & Rescue Services. I am delighted also to welcome Richard to the team and to promote Julie – we are looking forward to a busy year ahead.”
