Commercial property consultant FG Burnett has added Corrie Deans to its board of directors and Lisa Cowie to the role of associate director, effective 1st January 2026.
Corrie joined FG Burnett as a director in 2021 to head up the Property Management department. Prior to this, over 10 years’ experience in this sector were amassed thanks to senior roles in commercial property and facilities management.
As a board member, Corrie’s role will extend beyond day-to-day management of the department and increasing market share, but will also support the company’s strategic direction, governance, and long-term growth initiatives.
Corrie Deans said: “I am absolutely delighted to progress within such a great and well-established company. I look forward to helping continue to grow the business.”
Lisa also joined FG Burnett in 2021 and has demonstrated strong initiative and appreciation of business development and in particular has grown the company’s representation in the food and beverage sector. Lisa forms part of the proactive Agency team led by Jon Nesbitt. Lisa will continue to work closely with Richard Noble within retail and leisure markets while representing clients on both disposal and acquisition instructions throughout Scotland.
Lisa Cowie added: “I am delighted to take on this new role and grateful for the support of the team at FG Burnett, and I look forward to continuing to grow our client relationships and agency offering across Scotland.”
Managing director Graeme Nisbet said: “These appointments demonstrate FG Burnett’s commitment to strengthening its team and to individual career development. I am delighted that both Corrie and Lisa continue to show all the right attributes and are eager to develop their skill sets. These promotions are richly deserved and underscore the talent coming through the business.”
