TM Civil Engineering Limited, registered at Gateway Business Park, was the subject of a petition presented to Falkirk Sheriff Court.

The action in June called for the company to be wound up and for the court to appoint a liquidator. It also invited interested parties to contact the court within eight days.

Now, Aver Chartered Accountants has been appointed liquidator “following a deemed consent procedure”.

The liquidator said: “I can confirm the company is in liquidation. No further information can be disclosed at this time regarding the circumstances or redundancy position.”
