Housebuilder Mactaggart & Mickel Homes is celebrating after three of its site managers were honoured at the prestigious NHBC Pride in the Job Quality Awards, in recognition of their commitment in achieving the highest standards in housebuilding.

The winners – Stuart Gillespie (Greenan Views, Doonfoot); Garry Henderson (Milverton Grange, Giffnock) and Martyn Anderson (Castle Grove, Newton Mearns) were selected from over 16,000 applications from site managers across the UK.

Their awards comes after a rigorous year-long assessment process in which NHBC inspectors perform spot checks on sites all over the country and will now be followed by further assessments as each of the three site managers goes forward to the Scottish regional awards. Winners of this next stage, the Seal of Excellence, will be announced at an awards ceremony in Glasgow in October.

The NHBC regional events take place in October 2018, with the winners of the UK Supreme Awards due to be announced at a gala final in London in January 2019.
