The construction firm said the key appointment will provide client-focussed delivery as a consistent point of contact for framework projects throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-construction to completion and also ensuring post-completion aftercare service.

Michelle has more than 25 years of experience in the construction sector and brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role, including large-scale refurbishment and fitout projects for public sector organisations.

Michelle’s role will support Morris & Spottiswood’s existing Scottish frameworks whilst also working with the public sector team to build on expertise in Scotland and across the UK as it continues to grow across education, healthcare, local and central government, and other public sector services. She will ensure strong client engagement and successful project delivery, and adherence to frameworks’ key drivers and target outcomes.

Across Scotland, Morris & Spottiswood works with the NHS National Shared Services Scottish Minor Building Works Framework, the University of Glasgow, Crown Commercial Services, Pagabo, and the City of Edinburgh Council.

In England, Morris & Spottiswood has worked with YORbuild, Crown Commercial Services, Department for Work & Pensions and Government Property Agency, Procure Partnerships, Pagabo, and NHS Shared Business Services.
