Commercial building, project and sustainability consultancy Jones Hargreaves has hired Arienne Brown as office administrator in Glasgow as the business continues its growth plans.

The appointment comes as the business announces it has fulfilled more than 800 separate client instructions so far in 2025 across its seven UK offices, with significant demand to complete large-scale technical due diligence surveys across a number of portfolios.

There has been a 25% uplift in revenue and output across all Jones Hargreaves regions between January and October when compared to the same period in 2024. Within this demand increase, the multi-disciplinary team has advised upon 16 major Technical Due Diligence (TDD) portfolios spanning 11m sq ft of industrial, office, hotel and retail space.

Jones Hargreaves has worked on one of the largest deals in the industrial sector, supporting client Sixth Street with a full suite of TDD services to purchase a 37-asset portfolio of high-quality multi-let industrial buildings across London and the South East as part of a new joint venture partnership with Clipstone Investment Management; totalling 1.7m sq ft over 235 tenancies.

The team also supported client Farran Investments and its capital partner, GoldenTree Asset Management LP, to complete their £114m purchase of Lakeside Retail Park, Thurrock. This TDD portfolio consisted of 527,000sq ft of floor space, on a 28-acre site.

Jones Hargreaves’ buoyant year of TDD portfolio work comes as the national consultancy firm continues to grow its team and broaden its services. By the end of December 2025, Jones Hargreaves will employ more than 55 people across its London, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow, Birmingham and Cardiff offices.

Stefan Radic has been hired in the London team as senior surveyor, Arienne Brown has joined as office administrator in Glasgow; and Ben Bilsborough and Dylan Ford have been taken on as Graduates in Bristol and Cardiff. The company has also identified five further senior hires for late 2025 and early 2026.

Matthew Jones, founding partner at Jones Hargreaves, said: “Demand for high quality technical advice for buyers and vendors has been buoyant in 2025, as our client base continues to complete major multi-site and individual transactions.

“We’re enjoying working on large scale deals involving all of our in-house technical expertise and our proactive approach. We continue to invest in expanding our team which we consider crucial to delivering extensive workload within tight commercial deadlines.”
